Do i have to send my steering wheel to be customised?
No, in all of our quoted prices we supply a genuine custom steering wheel core customised to your specification (excluding buttons, trim, airbag, paddles unless otherwise quoted)
Do i have to send you my airbag cover to be customised?
No, just like our custom steering wheels we supply a genuine airbag cover specifically built to your specification which replaces your original cover.
How can my parts be customised?
We have hundreds, if not thousands of options available when it comes to the customisation of your custom parts. We offer a full array of Nappa leather colours, perforated leather colours, carbon fiber colours, forged carbon and genuine Alcantara. Additional to this we can offer flat top/flat bottom wheel re shaping, LED Rev displays, the ability to colour match, racing stripes, heating functions and more! What is the turn around time for custom products?
Our production time varies depending on what customisation you choose of the products. Typically custom carbon fiber steering wheels take 25-35 days and custom airbag covers take 20-35 days. if you have any questions relating to turn around time please contact us.
Do you offer fittings or tutorials on how to fit?
We offer in house fitting at our unit in Chesterfield, UK. We also have an array of authorised fitters within the UK and Europe. Please look at our 'Find a fitter' page for more details. We don't currently offer video tutorials but are in the process of making some.
Do custom products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on our custom products. We stand behind the quality of our work and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship and lasts for a specified period of time, depending on the product.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs as a result of misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or accidents. It also does not cover natural wear and tear that occurs over time with normal use. If there is an issue with your custom product that is not covered by our warranty, we may be able to offer repair services for an additional fee.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order information and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with your custom product. We may request photos or additional information to better understand the problem. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will determine whether the issue is covered by our warranty and provide instructions on how to proceed.
How can i cancel/return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We accept returns within a specified period of time from the date of purchase (5 days for custom products), as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and that you may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return.
