Shipping policy

When completing your order, you automatically agree to the below terms for shipping & delivery for all orders.

We aim to dispatch all IN STOCK orders within 14 working days. Most orders are dispatched quicker than this, but please do not contact our sales team about a status on your shipment unless you have not received an email after the above times stating your order has been dispatched.

All Custom products such as Airbag Covers, Steering Wheels, Paddle Replacements and other custom parts have a 8-10 week production period.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 3 calendar days from delivery of the item, or we will not be able to process a refund. 

Items shipped which are returned to us because a customs fee hasn't been paid will be be charged the same rate again for re-postage.

Custom items will not be eligible for refund unless the product is damaged or is within the 3 day order period.

We will not accept damage for incorrectly fitted products and or damage caused by the fitter unless it is fitted by us.

If you request a refund once your order has been dispatched, but not collected from our delivery partner, you will be charged a 10% admin fee for packing and re-call of the shipment from our delivery partner.


Due to the current changes in shipping to Europe some orders may be delayed. We aim to get all European orders shipped within 1-7 days post production/order.

We are not responsible for the cost of import fees / import taxes.
